Refund & Return

CYYLL will not accept return requests if not for quality reasons. Please check all delivered packages for your order and contact customer service to complain if there is any problem with the delivered product.

 

Return requests should be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery of the package, please send CYYLL order number, product and label pictures, and a detailed description of the problem. Both parties confirm that if the product has quality problems, the customer should submit a return request in time, and CYYLL authorizes the customer to replace or return the product; Or compensate customers for direct economic losses. Compensation is limited to the price of the defective product.

 

If your package does not arrive successfully and is confirmed to have been lost in transit, CYYLL will refund you. Delivery times may be affected by extreme weather, post office delays, customs clearance, local protests, strikes, epidemics and other force majeure factors. In this case, CYYLL is not responsible for any delay caused, but will provide all possible support required.

 

If the product is returned without authorization due to the customer, CYYLL will not refund the customer, and the return cost shall be paid by the customer
